Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

If you would like Front Screen to delete your account-related personal data, please send a request from the email address associated with your account to support@front-screen.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as the email address used for registration and a brief description of the request.

2. What we may delete

Subject to verification and any legal or operational retention requirements, we may delete or anonymize items such as account profile details, local authentication records, stored scan history, saved reports, and related user-linked metadata.

3. What we may retain

We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, backup integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements. Where full deletion is not possible, we may instead restrict processing or retain only the minimum data necessary for those purposes.

4. Verification

To protect user accounts and prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

5. Third-party login providers

If you signed in using a third-party identity provider such as Google or Facebook, you may also need to manage or revoke the application connection in that provider account separately. Deleting access in the provider account does not automatically remove all data already stored in Front Screen, so a direct deletion request to us is still recommended.

6. Response timing

We will aim to review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time, taking into account the complexity of the request and any verification or legal obligations that apply.
