1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Front Screen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Intended use only
Front Screen is an external security visibility and posture diagnostics platform. It is intended only for checking internet-facing assets that you own, operate, or are expressly authorized to assess.
You must not use the service as an intrusive, harmful, disruptive, abusive, or offensive tool against any third party. This includes, without limitation, using the service to target systems, infrastructure, domains, IP space, applications, or services that you do not control or do not have clear permission to test.
Any intrusive or active testing features are provided solely as controlled diagnostics for authorized defensive review of your own systems. They are not offered as a means to harass, degrade, overwhelm, or otherwise interfere with third-party systems.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and promptly update it if it changes.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is misuse, unauthorized activity, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
4. User responsibilities
- You must ensure you have the legal right and authorization to submit assets for review.
- You must use the service in compliance with applicable law, regulation, contract, and policy.
- You must not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, quotas, access controls, or safety limits implemented by the platform.
- You must not use the platform to develop, support, or conduct harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.
5. Service availability and changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every finding or report will be complete or accurate for every environment.
6. Findings and reports
Results, scores, reports, and explanations are provided for general informational and operational support purposes. They do not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, guaranteed security assurance, or a substitute for professional review and internal validation.
7. Fees and paid features
Some features may require payment or a specific subscription tier. Paid access, billing cycles, and any applicable limits are governed by the pricing and plan terms presented to you at the time of purchase or upgrade.
8. Intellectual property
Front Screen and its associated software, branding, content, and service outputs are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights, except where third-party rights apply. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Front Screen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to the use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, respond to abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
